The North Palm Beach Library is proud to announce its third annual haunted house. This year, the library is combining with Parks and Recreation to execute a full day of fun with the Halloween Festival: The Flying Dutchman, on Saturday, Oct. 29th. Anchorage Park with transform into a spooktacular experience for visitors to come and watch the Flying Dutchman come to life before their eyes.
