Dr. Cody Aull of West Pam Beach Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers discussed how he has streamlined the process of patients having their problems addressed in one medical visit in an interview with North Palm Beach Today.

"It’s really neat, this practice down here in West Palm Beach and what Breathe Free is doing," Aull said. "We have taken the unfortunate realities of medicine that the patient has to go through, and we've gotten rid of those so that we can streamline the process. What I really wanted to be able to create for a patient is more of a concierge experience, because that's what all of us want. When we've got a problem, we don't want 15 different appointments, 19 different medicines and 35 different phone calls five months later. We don't even remember what we were there for to begin with. None of us want that, but that's how it feels sometimes. What everybody wants is to walk in and feel like you’re completely No. 1, taken care of. Everybody comes together, focuses on it and fixes it all. The main focus is getting you better, and we get there quickly, and (you can) use your insurance and move on (with) your life."

Aull is a former U.S. Navy flight surgeon who specializes in diagnosing and treating disorders of the ears, nose, throat, neck, face and voice box. He received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences/Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri, and he completed his residency at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in the same state.
