The median sale price of a home sold in May in West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County rose by $118,000 while total sales decreased by 8.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 337 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 41.1 percent increase over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 369 homes sold in West Palm Beach in May 2021.
