Pricing for the median home in Palm Beach increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Palm Beach rose by $555,000 while total sales decreased by 49.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,275,000 - a 32.3 percent increase over the $1,720,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Palm Beach in May 2021.
