Royal Palm Beach median home prices rose by 15.7% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Royal Palm Beach rose by $50,100 while total sales decreased by 30.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 15.7 percent increase over the $319,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Royal Palm Beach in April 2021.
