Alzheimer’s Community Care has locations in Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens and four other locations in the state. It was founded in 1996 to provide care for Alzheimer’s patients and those with similar medical conditions. It is a nonprofit organization. The president and CEO is Mary M. Barnes.
